These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (together the "Terms") govern all use of www.endeavourrealestatecoaching.com and its services (together the "Site" or "Services"). The Site is owned by Endeavour Real Estate Coaching ("Endeavour"). The owners and contributors to the Site will be referred to as "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms.

Services

The Site provides one-on-one coaching services, group coaching programs, digital training materials, real estate resources, the Endeavour 360 Agent Audit, and educational content.

We may, at our sole discretion, set fees for using the Services. All prices are published separately on relevant pages on the Site. We may, at our sole discretion, change any fees at any time.

Intellectual property

All Content, including but not limited to coaching materials and methodologies, digital products and downloads, training courses and workshops, scripts and templates, website design and content, and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of Endeavour Real Estate Coaching and Kim Tomlinson.

Users shall not publish, transmit, modify, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer of, or create and sell derivative works from, or in any way use, any of the Content. Your use of the Site shall not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of the Content.

User conduct

Users shall not share access credentials, redistribute materials, copy or duplicate content, record sessions without permission, violate intellectual property rights, use services for illegal purposes, harass or defame others, or share access with unauthorized users.

User warranties

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to enter this agreement, will provide accurate information, will notify us of any material changes, and will use the services legally and appropriately.

Disclaimers

Results are not guaranteed. Success depends on implementation, and individual results vary. Nothing on this Site is financial or legal advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results. There is no guarantee of income or success; results require effort and dedication.

Limitation of liability

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services and direct damages only. We accept no liability for consequential damages, third-party actions, business decisions, or market conditions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endeavour Real Estate Coaching, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of your use of the Site or Services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service at any time, cancel accounts for violations, restrict access without notice, remove content at our discretion, and refuse service to anyone.

Coaching-specific terms

Programs are non-transferable and materials are for personal use only. Group sessions may be recorded. Participation is not guaranteed, scheduling is subject to availability, and content is updated at our discretion.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by Colorado law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Fort Collins, Colorado courts.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
