What exactly does a real estate coach do?

A coach gets you clear on what's holding you back and keeps you moving on it. With me that means motivational interviewing for your client conversations, real systems for your pipeline and follow-up, and a coach to report to who tells you the truth.

How is this different from sales training or a brokerage mentor?

Sales training hands you someone else's playbook. A brokerage mentor tells you how it worked for them. Coaching is about figuring out what works for you, and then getting you doing it consistently. I ask more questions than I answer, on purpose, because the answer you arrive at yourself is the one that sticks.

Who do you work with?

Mostly independent agents and small team leaders who are growth-minded but stuck: plateaued, overwhelmed, or starting to doubt themselves. Experienced people, almost always. If you're brand new and building your first pipeline, start in the free Realtor Growth Skool community and grow from there.

Is this coaching only for new agents?

Rarely, honestly. Most of my clients are mid-career agents who've had real success, hit a ceiling, and want intentional growth with deeper support than a script library.

Do you help with scripts, marketing, and business strategy?

Yes, and we get to them once there's something for them to land on. Practical tools matter. So does what you believe about your business, because belief creates the outcome, and a strategy you don't believe in doesn't get executed.
